Obviously bearish market is a perfect time for an investor to find out a strong project although it's all requires deep analysis about various projects nevertheless I think choosing an old altcoin based on its historical performance is absolutely a best option for investors for example Litecoin, XLM, ADA ect. these altcoins have already been faced many bearish market conditions and still available in the crypto currency market which shows the strength and capability of these altcoins.
All 3 of your projects mentioned they used to be potential projects, but now that's a different story. Check all of them, all 3 are without any hype lately, even in bull season 2021 all altcoins explode and hit new ATH but all 3 don't. If it is for investment, I think only ADA is the most worthwhile project to try and LTC or XLM have really gone into oblivion, they are not dead but making a profit from them is very difficult.
