Okay so they got a heads up from Owl and they think they are going to confiscate whatever money you have with them. If this is their only excuse then it's a lame excuse. I have few questions to ask them if they have a representative on the forum. Someone please PM them if they have an account.

a) After or before the deposit
b) After or before the win (assuming they won some bets)
