Online chat gives no info, support by mail said that the account has been permanently closed based on their terms of service and all my funds seized.

This player was never in losses. He made 1 deposit of 0.005 BTC and had successful withdrawals of 0.005 BTC, 0.005 BTC, 0.00147567 BTC and 0.03 BTC without issue. The account was closed at the time the sports provider independently confirmed and advised us that he was using arbitrage betting to achieve his wins. In this case, the deposit does not need to be returned, as the player has already received 11x that amount in withdrawals. He is well aware of all of this, and has already been informed of such by our security team.
