I feel that its harsh to call Bitsler a bad casino, because each casino has a budget and they need to stick with it to survive in this competitive industry. Furthermore theres no set guidelines which makes a casino great, but for me I would prefer payouts to be on time and support to be responsive and till Bitsler is doing both we should give them some more time and not list them under the bad casinos category.
