You understand it incorrectly. I believe what they are trying to say was as a support, They don't have the exact info on why the account was blocked because the decision is made by the management. They really nothing that they can do as customer support to change that decision. This is professional response as support if they really don't know the answer. Filing a scam accusation thead will make this kind of issue resolve quickly rather than wait because the management saw something on the account that make it freeze for a damage control.
