Force yourself. That is something that not many people do but if you are going to work long term then you should be forcing yourself. You are having trouble waking up early? Force yourself to wake up early, too early if you have to, that way you will go to bed early as well, having trouble finding food to eat, or can't decide? Force yourself to eat healthy, having trouble exercising? Force yourself to do it.
If you keep doing these for a couple of weeks in a row every day, it is going to become your regular day and it won't really take that much time neither and rest of the time you could relax. I have been working remote for so long and never been happier in my life.
If you want to end up not regretting and be able to keep your work, then yes forcing is a must. After all, the adjustments are just in the beginning phase. Soon you will be used to it and will love the new environment and scenario eventually. Although I am also having my remote job these days, but the only difference is that I love its idea in the first place and its effective for me.
