There is nobody in the country that is not directly or indirectly affected by this flood. And, right now it is very important that it is addressed  soon as possible... relief materials need to be sent to the flood victims. A solution need to be found to this to put the victims out of their suffering. Imagine a federal road - Bayelsa to Port Harcourt being overtaken by flood. I spoke to Agbe and the situation is just unfathomable.
