I haven't seen people's complaints until today, but strange that after your post I went to do a google search and saw that on rustpilot they have dozens of positive comments, but yesterday there was someone who posted a negative comment I hope the Roobet team .com can see this complaint and resolve the case, here it is:

But there's many sites which actually doesn't have any problem and very trusted, but when I check on Trustpilot the reviews is really bad and full of 1 star. Not to mention if the complaints might be from mad gamblers who loss huge amount money.
I've googled and found there's an accusation at this year which has been resolved
