When you logged in for the last time on your account? Your account rank is Gold 1 at Bitsler and you have joined there in the January month of 2020 (
mustaphapro). Your account was deleted if you hadn't logged in for the last 12 months. However, you have mentioned that your account is blocked. There are two possible reasons in Bitsler terms for blocking user account
6.4. BITSLER reserves the right to block or to cancel any transaction or profiles which would be realized in a prohibited way

Bitsler may suspend, block or close user account and withhold funds if requested to do so in accordance with the Prevention of Money Laundering Act or on any other legal basis requested by any state authority.
