Let's clear out something: Your full node has synced. Right in top. Initial block download has finished, and it now verifies chain tips. Correct?

In Windows 11, the Sparrow application directory should be in %APPDATA%/Sparrow. Can you see a sparrow.log there? Please remove any potentially sensitive information (such as WAN IP addresses) and post it here so we can see the problem.
