I am looking for a person from Nigeria (possibly someone with a bank account / bank card there) who will pay a small fee (around $12).
Unfortunately, it is not possible to pay this fee from outside.
I will pay $5 for help after the payment is credited, which is about $17 in BTC (or other crypto) in total.
(If escrow is needed, I can accept any high ranked user of Bitcointalk)

Your statements are not clear, please go straight to what you wanted instead, then i will advise not to bring any illegal activities here we believe we are one here secondly you don't introduce yourself and you just jump straight to make a deal with people here which they don't know your origin or states.
I don't is possible or if one would accepted to assist you being a Newbie without introductions. And mind you, we don't run street here, we believe in Trust, Transparency and Straightforwardness.
I need just someone to make transfer of few bucks and I go first (for higher ranks). Do you really think we should go through the KYC process to do this?
