it seems that sometimes the pool popup appears also when u close the wallet and not reopen it, weird.
I tried to reproduce this and it did popped-up after closing the wallet.
I've also saved the log and for some reason, cosigner_pool's "
listener" started only after closing the cosigner wallet.
