Napoli will continue to keep their lead even if Milan equalize the points this week. But I don't even wait for Napoli to lose points against Sassuolo.

Sassuolo aren't having a very good season. They don't seem durable enough to fight back hard against this in-form Napoli. Napoli are literally dominating the season without a loss yet. I think they will get another win in this and move on.
