It's nice to see some people actually eating their pumpkins! Every year I see hundreds of pumpkins sitting outside of people's houses and then getting rotten: it makes me feel like it's a secret Halloween ritual where everyone sacrifices perfectly-good-to-eat pumpkins to Nurgle.

I guess it depends on the location and availability of pumpkins. Farmers sometimes don't even collect their pumpkins because the market demand is too low. But, In my city. We can't find pumpkins all the time. In sub-continent country, there is a lot of variant of pumpkins. People eat pumpkins at least once a month. Sweet pumpkins are somewhat expensive in my city.

This was my first ever pumpkin carving. I had never tried to carve before because I never knew such a contest existed. Without this contest, I don't think I would buy a pumpkin and cut it just to see how it looks. The pumpkin I carved will be another dish as well.
