Correct, btc counts all the 10k Sybils as an 'asset for securing' sth. But the opposite is the case - check and conclude for yourself and don't buy sales ppl shilling like Mow who wants poor ppl out of Bitcoin- let them use Paypal and other central payments ( shure btc is bigger trash here anyway).
