Yes we all know that Napoli are the only team that is unbeaten from 11 matches that have been played. Luciano Spalletti's team pocketed 29 points from nine wins and two draws so that they are entitled to be at the top of the standings, while Sassuolo are ranked ninth in the standings. The performance of Alessio Dionisi's concoction team is unstable and only has 15 points. playing at the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium and I think Napoli will play aggressively to get 3 points in the match later
Napoli become the only one unbeaten team in Serie A from 11 matches played and seems will continues to next match against Sassuolo, Napoli have won 12 games in a row between domestic league and Champion League make keep solid at first standing position, I doubt with Sassuolo can destroy the impressive record from Napoli in this season, last time failed to get full points when Napoli draw by Lecce and 12 matches later have played success win. Sassoulo inconsistent in this season with 4 won of 11 games and have got 4 loss, although last weeks games success won from Verona seems not easy how to stop winning record from Napoli.
Their last match, Napoli managed to beat Sassuolo with a very landslide score of 6-1, that is the most goals Napoli have scored against Sassuolo because usually they can only create no more than 3 goals either for Napoli or Sassuolo. Actually, if you look at the meeting record, they can beat each other. But this season will be different because Napoli put in an impressive performance from the start of the season, so I agree that Napoli will keep their positive trend until week 12.

Yes, I agree with the h2h analysis you gave but their record also shows that in Napoli and Sassuolo meetings, Napoli has highest wins even though Sassuolo have recorded few wins against them. With the recent form of Napoli, the good performances and the high goal scoring rate the team has achieved so far I don't the beating Sassuolo will be difficult for them since none of their key player is sidelined for any injury or illness they will surely be the winner of the match at their home ground and a win against Sassuolo will keep them as League leaders with a record of 10 wins in 12 matches and 32 points.
