Definitely, they have their own standard and you can easily distinguish the art if its came from an AI software or not. Roobet will not ruin their reputation by just picking undeserving winners, theres only 5 winners for this contest so expect a more competitive entries this time. A lot of reserve post already, that means many are already working with their art so waste no time and focus on your work now. I already submitted my entry, I hope it stand a chance.
How to check if it is not coming from AI software? I am just curious as that seems pretty difficult for me as. Based on the previous contests, you saw fantastic artworks so how to make the difference between a human and AI for artwork?

I suppose we can do some photo forensics, pretty much similar to verifying if a photo was photoshopped, to check if the output was generated by an AI or not?
maybe these AIs like Dall-E and midjourney could have verifying websites where you post an image and they tell you if it was generated by them or not, that would be quite cool
