There is no point on trying to compare ourselves with other people because there is always going to be someone that can use way more money than what we can use, what we must care about is how much money we can dedicate to our gambling hobby and never going above that amount, if you can do that then you are fine, besides you have no way to know what it is behind the people which are making those huge bets as unlike you they may be addicted to gambling and they could be the ones jealous of you by being able to get fun while using so little money.
What we have to do is understand that gambling is not a good way to make money because there are losses that will await us as long as we play. You'll be fine if you can control yourself when you gamble and don't overspend, especially when you lose. But the truth is, more people spend more money trying to recover from their losses. This will slowly make them addicted to gambling, and over time, they will become addicted to gambling. If they have experienced this problem, they will not be able to leave gambling easily.
Often it is our wins, not losses, is what makes us addicted to gambling. You can win a lot by chance, but start thinking that you know how to win, you just need a larger bankroll. Those are very dangerous thoughts, and we must keep them off of our minds if want to enjoy gambling instead of being ruined by it.
You are right because by winning often, our minds will say that this time is also our time to win, so we continue to play until we lose track of time. But often, the results can differ from what we want because luck doesn't always come twice after a big win. Using a large bankroll also does not guarantee that we can win because luck is not always on our side.
