It's a wrong place of the forum to post an accusation against a member. Please move it to the Scam Accusations board, you will find better traffic to support your case if you are able to present good evidences of the scam that happened.

The seller was a newbie and you are a newbie too, it was wise to use an established mediator when you were doing the trade.
