All is not good!

I updated both my wallets and have no issues with sync but I have lost all my mined amounts for the last two days that were previously confirmed and in my balance. 
What happened?  How do I get them back?
Ran repair wallet but that did not fix it.
Ran a rescan no luck. They now show up as orphans.
32 minted transactions ranging from 3.5 to 4.6 coins each from both wallets on two different machines are now removed from my balance and orphaned.
