Not really, a lot of coins will survive this bear market. Looking at previous bear cycles, a lot of coins didn't die we survived but their growth slowed down considerably. LTC, XRP… all are coins that have survived many bear seasons but they have not been able to hold their ground and have been replaced by new alt coins.
