No technology here, Elon chose dogecoin because it is easy for him to manipulate and profit. If he chooses bitcoin or eth, those are both large coins and have huge market capitalizations that are difficult to manipulate. But if he chooses junk coins then manipulation becomes easier and lucky for the doge to have caught his eye.
