He said someone reported and his signal group was closed, he is trying to create a new signal group. Hopefully, he will come back and send us his new group info. I also want to check if what he is saying is true or just like other scam signals.

One more thing, no one can close your group unless you violate telegram's rules, only they have the right to close or delete your group. Maybe you have spammed or scammed many people so you have encountered a large number of reports leading to the group being closed.
