So I don't think they will release you funds without a solicitor to involve in the case. And if you have contacted their support team and they asked you to wait then wait a while before taking another action because there are procedures to follow in a case like this. Multiple accounts in one casino company or site is a serious offense. Even though their payment system was very small for a withdrawal, you would have laid a complain in the customer care service box and hear from them to know the reason why they limited the amount of withdrawal. But now you have put yourself in a big trouble.
