The good news is that before Pandukelana2712 died, he advised one of his friends to solve the problem with @Darkstar_, we are waiting for clarification from his friend because he is trying to pay off debts to lenders.

I don't think the feedback is removed if the loan has not been repaid especially since @pandukelana had passed it on to someone before his death. It's safe to assume that the negative tag will be changed or removed if the friend has paid off the loan to the lender.
