2. Few VPN mention on article ""Best VPN providers"[3] have questionable history. For example, ExpressVPN was bought by Kape technology with poor history[4].

2. As with other articles the word best is subjective. I get your point but it still depends on a few factors.

In general, I have to say I really appreciate yours and everyone else's feedback. I know there is a long way to go and its very very helpful.
