I don't know if the Chrismas and New Year celebration will give us more opportunity to buy at a lower price, if history repeat itself, then it may be good to wait otherwise you can start buying in trenches instead of a single buy. I bet on ATOM. ETH, APT, Optimism, EVMOS, NEAR, XLM, and fear others.
APT is actually a good project to buy in preparation for the bull market in the future. It's one of the newest tokens and many people have bought it since there hasn't been a hype that resulted to a pump. I also think dogecoin will do very well as it'll get to $1 price due to the influence Elon musk and his twitter acquisition will give it. Dogechain can also be very good but not currently as it just got hyped. You can wait for the sell pressure to take some price off the token and buy at its low.
As for timing, we mightn't go lower again unless there's a pump before December then It dumps during the holidays. Best is buy some tokens now and keep stablecoin available for future buy.
