since I am a casual gambler it is unlikely I would get that "huge amount of money" from online casinos, so the only I'd win a lot of money is from the lottery(which I still play). anyway, I would definitely treat myself, pay the remaining balance on my house so I would finally own it and if there is still left on the money I won, I would invest a portion of it on bitcoin and save the rest. I would also love to start my own business.
