3 years ago I opened an account on Cloudbet, I made a deposit of about 0.29BTC, I played on the account and reached 0.92BTC. After that I could not log into the account. I wrote to support, and they replied that the account was frozen and that they would contact me via email. After that they stopped responding to my email. Every 2-3 months I send them an email, but no one answers, now I have decided to put an end to the fraudsters. I sent them documents for verification, my ID, selfie with ID, proof of address, but nothing. Can you give me some guidance on where to report this case. I have a lot of evidence and screenshots.
I think you are doing duplicate post about your cloudbet issue. I believe I've seen other post about their
cloudbet issues just like on your story. As far as I know it is resolved because it makes a lot of tension and traction here in this forum and also cloudbet account was active that time. From what I am seeing, cloudbet OP or any other representative where not active here anymore from what I am seeing from their profile. Let's hope that someone who has a direct contact from this forum to cloudbet will help you with your case. I also suggest to post other necessary documents and screenshots about your case like the gambling history, chats, emails and other proofs that you think will help you resolve your case. Goodluck!
