I think this is just a like charity event, since it was reported that the funds raised in this event probably from broadcast rights and ticket sales will be donated to the homeless in the Philippines as well as the to Ukrainians, I don't think any sportsbook will hold this bet.

And I guess we can call this as an exhibition fight with a cause because Pacquiao swore that he will donate all the revenue to the chosen charity (except DK Yoo's TF) that will be generated on this fight including his PPV-buys income. Surely this will be a sold-out fight and lots of PPV buys because Pacquiao's presence in the ring is already missed by a lot of people around the word including his fans and it's a good sight to see him fighting again.
