I do agree that bankroll management could be something that would make sense if you do not know how to control yourself. I mean it is clear that we are in a situation where I just want to say that its going to be a situation where people who can control their gambling could end up not managing their bankroll because they can control their gambling.

People like me must need bankroll management, I personally do not trust myself with betting, that is why I end up gambling way too much when I win. If I deposit 50 bucks and turn that into 100 or 150 bucks, I finish it as quickly as I would finish 50 bucks, that is why I try to withdraw and spread it around.

People like you don't know what they're talking about ('people who can control their gambling could end up not managing their bankroll because they can control their gambling')
and on top of that if we report the posts to them they stay 'unhandled'.

For your information I will tell you that the bankroll is of little use if you don't control yourself, because if you go into tilt you can start making bigger bets and lose your bankroll in a moment. It is often used by people who bet on sports or poker, although you can also apply it to casino games, so that you only bet small parts of your bankroll to make it last and try to make a profit.

It is often more useful in this regard than making various deposits as you go along. Although I for example don't do bankroll management because I consider the money I deposit as spent on entertainment, which gives me extra money from time to time.
