Well, I am glad you resolved this with them.... and that you got refunded. It is a pity that you had to resort to Social media, because your relationship with them are now even more muddy than what it was before. (You did mention in a previous post that "they" has always had it out for you)

I think you can "close" this thread now, seeing that it was resolved. I hope to see you betting on the Sports bet again soon, because I need to "Copy & Paste" a few good bets... because most of my bets ends in a "Loss"
