FYI,
1. Bitcoin Core on Flatpak and Fedora repository (since you said RPM package) isn't officially distributed by Bitcoin Core developer[1]. It's possible you'll get slightly outdated version of Bitcoin Core or bug specific due to Flatpak/RPM packaging.
2. Flatpak has more strict security which restrict access to your files. You might need to give Bitcoin Core (if you use Flatpak) additional permission to access directory which contain Blockchain and all other data. You either can use Flatsteal (GUI application)[2] or flatpak CLI to do that.
