What I know from Manny's current opponent is that he is a Youtuber but if you look at the proceeds from the money raised which will be sent to Ukraine and the homeless in his homeland, this is clearly something that is quite good. But indeed with his age and considering this is an exhibition I don't expect much from this match because this is just entertainment.
If this is the case, then I'm happy with Manny doing all this stuff just for charities. Anyway, since he still has that popularity, better to take advantage of it and use it for good just like this one. Manny can still promote his fight to earn more money and with him already known as a good person, I'm sure lots of people will support him and he still can box well too. Though his prime has already passed, this time he should just focus on these kinds of fights until he wants it. I'm sure after this there will be lots of offers again for him.
