sMerit can't be cancelled or reversed, similar like Bitcoin transaction.

I think you can made a topic for this mistake on Reputation section and tell to everyone why you can send 11 merits to that's post, since 11 merits is too large for such post. Some people who see that's post must feel weird if the user get 11 merits and you could be in trouble since you're abusing Merit system.
