I have requested to just withdraw my deposited sum from playbetr rather than give them KYC details, I'll keep you updated on this thread on whether that is successful or not.
Paid this player his balance in full, without KYC 5 days ago. He immediately created an additional account and is refusing KYC on that one as well. He will not be receiving any funds on this one. Reporting this early, to get ahead of when he creates his new BitcoinTalk account to accuse us of being unfair.
