Well they said "Your account had been blocked forever" that is same as calling me cheater don't you think. And if they don't want to give me my money they aren't scammers right? What about if I deposited 200$ and made 100$ with bets, they would ban me same saying you were abusing system just like they did now or can ban anyone else when he wins big. Also if they don't want rank 1 players to take free boxes they could just make them available from rank 2 or that you can claim it only when your balance is 0 or someting else. What do you mean didn't steal anything if I claim on betfury i invested my time and electricity to get from boxes so when I claim its my not theirs same as on other faucets. I am using freebitco.in for 6 years they could say as well say you are using faucet, getting interests, you don't do bets or play hi-lo game we are going to ban you. I had small amount on betfury but what it they banned 5000 account with 5$ or 10$ on each account (that didn't deposit anything) they are getting easy 25000$-50000$ and there is no guarantee that they won't tell someone else hey our system detected that you opened 20 free boxes in 1 day three years ago when you registered and we banned you forever.

All we have is assumption, Betfury is accusing you of using Bot, instead of proving them that you did not use any Bot, you called them a scammer. That definitely don't work in your favor. Instead of getting the support and sympathy of the customer support, you annoyed them as hell. That action alone can have your account banned since other casinos are too sensitive with these kind of behaviour.
