After finishing the group stage which was peppered with a few surprises, we have got a team that deserves to qualify for the next round in the last 16.
I can't wait for the draw in the round of 16, which will definitely bring together the big teams. I hope the favorite teams will not meet first in this round because I would like to see them meet in a more conical round. There are several dark horse teams that have the potential to be difficult, it would be even more interesting if they went further beyond this round of 16. I hope it will actually happen and we will see the favorite team being beaten by the current dark horse team.
I must say that all the teams that have been qualified to round 16 deserve to be where they are now. All teams played well and for last minutes of every match and even though i really felt bad for Barcelona to get disqualified this year and this quick from Inter Milan who took its place. And not very surprisingly to see that only one Spanish team who got to this round after the level drop of all other spanish teams this year and still Real Madrid is the strong one to win the league I can't wait for the draw in the round of 16, which will definitely bring together the big teams.
