Newcastle are definitely one of the impressive teams this season. They have lost only one match which was an away one against Liverpool. They are among the best away teams so far. Especially their win over Tottenham was really impressive. Because it was the only point loss for Tottenham in home matches at the same time.
On the other hand Southampton are far worse than Newcastle now. First of all, they are the worst home team statistically. I don't think they can resist Newcastle until the final whistle. Newcastle beat them here last season and they can do this even more comfortably this season considering their effort so far. I expect a Newcastle win and the odd is 1.93 for that.
Newcastle United's new management done good investment and have their few good decisions on right time which are helping them for having better results in this season even their performance is more than expectations because there were consequences they will be in top ten, but currently they are at fourth spot with most chances they are not giving up anytime soon improvement in performance and quality both are working good for them and if they are able to keep this momentum than surely we can expect good fight for the top ranks at the end of this season.
Southampton is surely on decline even they have done good job against leaders in their game at home, and we can expect good fight from them against high-flying Newcastle United but most chances visitors could be able to have positive results from this match because their aggressive approach is helping them in right direction.
