Is it even possible to have 100% anonymous? How about license? Afaik, crypto casino and sportsbook are always dealing with gambling license and one of the terms is related to KYC. Does it mean that you will not have a license for your casino/sportsbook?

It will to write what you should add if your main focus is only the 5 above features. I suggest you to learn from the older successful casino/sportsbook to see what they have and what they dont have. Follow what they have that attract players and add what they dont have to be more attractive for players.

About the raffle yeah it is going to be on a separate site

The i was born in Costa Rica and still live in Costa Rica so i will follow my country regulation so with current regulation i can operate legally an anonymous crypto casino
