Well they said "Your account had been blocked forever" that is same as calling me cheater don't you think. And if they don't want to give me my money they aren't scammers right? What about if I deposited 200$ and made 100$ with bets, ~
You have no rights to address it as 'my money ' while you had accumulated everything from their bonus system without making any deposit. They wouldn't block your account if you made deposits occasionally to place bets. Your intention was to make free money by using their crypto boxes. No casino will tolerate such user who's intention is to take benefits from the bonus system always.
Thats the type of situation that giving people out money causes. I mean if betfury simply just didn't credit his account for lack of deposits, they would be in 100% right for not giving anything out, but having boxes available to all, made it feel like its a faucet and for free money, and they were just giving money away.
I am not saying the complaint is right, it's wrong and betfury is right, all I am saying is that it could have been solved in a simpler way and it would have been a lot easier to handle it earlier if they did it that way. Just don't give people the right to earn free stuff if they are not depositing any money, would be a lot easier in the long run.
The conclusion must be taken based on the terms and conditions that apply if Betfury includes this rule then they are on the right side free to do it
But on the contrary, if Betfury does not apply this rule, those who feel disadvantaged can submit complaints, although the Betfury team did not respond at least this would be a bad record and old users or new users can see it in the future. By the way this was not the first time I saw Betfury made a one-sided decision for example in affiliate cases.
