Are you still able to see your Loyalty progress and to claim your loyalty cashback? Because since the update of the deposit feature and the suppression of the funds tab my loyalty tab is blank. Even when I use the url https://livecasino.io/profile/loyalty I got a blank screen. I was thinking it was just because of an overload bug, but it lasts for several days now.
It is fine on my end. I can see the loyalty page clearly and all pages are loading fine. Try to check your connection, if possible try to clear cache.
Actually now that you mention it, I see that all my rewards options are gone. I forgot what they were but it was the new player reward promo (wager a certain amount and get freechips). I only used one and was very very sure I had 2 more to use that expired end of year, which is why I left them.
