I might be wrong. But I make this conclusion due to the table. I didn't make comparison according to the players. According to this season table the PSG is looking better than the Madrid. I know you have seen the table but here you can see ut again.

Personally, I think that Real and Manchester City have the best chances to win the Champions League.

In PSG there are obvious problems in the relationship between the main players, Mbappe and Neymar and because of that I don't see them winning the Champions League this season.

Liverpool are experienced cup fighters and their poor start is really unimportant in the later stages of the competition. But I think the pool of contenders is wider than you have indicated - Chelsea are also doing well in the knockout format. In general, almost every team has a chance (and time to prepare for the playoffs).
