About #1, many casinos have touted this but in the end, it's ultimately to protect the casino's interests.
Are you sure you guys aren't gonna process KYC in case some withdraws or deposits are suspicious?
No we would never ask for KYC i prefer to first close it before doing KYC
I like your enthusiasm but I believe you are underestimating the implications of running a no-KYC casino.
I have never worked for a casino or ran one but I don't have to run it to know your promise will be hard to keep.
Let us assume you launch your casino, you do not do KYC and you even accept Monero, with time you casino starts having profits, thousands and thousands of dollars because your platform is well received, but whether you like it or not, when your casino grows big enough it will attract people seeking to mix and launder funds.
In the end, your casino could end up holding and even distributing Bitcoin an altcoins obtained through cyber crime, you would likely receive e-mails from law enforcement agencies and then you would need to decide whether close your casino or ask for KYC and other measures.
It would be difficult for me to close a business which is generating thousands of dollars, to be honest.
