I was born in Costa Rica and still live in Costa Rica so i will follow my country regulation so with current regulation i can operate legally an anonymous crypto casino
I looked it up and your government will tolerate this kind of operation as long as you don't offer your services to Costa Rican residents nor you can use their banking system for it. So hopefully you are getting your expemses paid with crypto only. Because there's no bank in the world that will deal with your money as long as you are not following any aml laws. Even crypto cex:es get their orders from regulators and get to froze your accounts if asked.

And obviously when you make money from this you need to pay income tax as costa rica isn't pure tax heaven, so i am wondering how will you do that without possibility to convert anything to fiat? Perhaps your lawyer has figured it out as i sure haven't.

Also i wouldn't really see that my money would be safe when there are no regulations preveting you rugging everyone.

Yeah we can't allow costa Ricans ips to place bets on our site and also, we can't open bank accounts but we don't care.
Because costa rica have more than 400 virtual casinos our providers accept crypto and we have a lot of p2p providers BTC -> CASH in the country

We don't need to pay any income tax virtual casinos and sportbooks are except of taxes

Also, if any costa rican virtual casino rug, you can still sue the company for fraud.

Here are some examples of popular Costa Rican base gambling sites Bodog.com , americascardroom.eu , 5dimes
