what made me crazy is that when I ask support and the computer has to answer me ? this is truly BS for me because for me? they can use real time answer even if this is only saying "please wait for further answer"

Crazy things can happen to us when we need to get our money outta a casino. Some will keep telling you to complete your KYC or you won't get your fund.
