As far as I know if you want to get a casino license then you must have a rules and regulation on your site and ask users for kyc for high amount bets and withdrawal. Because bad things like money laundering are done through gambling. And this is a crime

Yeah we have a Costa Rican gambling license the thing about Costa Rica license is we are not required by law to do KYC we only follow the law

It is much better if you have licensed your site. But here I have some doubts why any licensing agency would give a license for your site to use the site completely anonymously. Because there is a lot of privacy and there are a lot of trams & conditions that no user can do any illegal activities through any licensed casino. But if your site allows users to gamble in a completely anonymous manner and if users never need to kYC then it's natural that there will be a lot of illegal activities, how do you prevent this?
