The problem with Manchester United is that the coach is prioritizing individual happiness over team success.

I think it's not entirely Cristiano's fault for the defeat suffered by Manchester United against Aston Villa, after all, it was an 11-man game. Cristiano had played optimally in that match and indeed the Aston Villa defender locked his movements very tightly. if given more trust then I'm sure Cristiano can come back to playing well again.
Ronaldo must not be blamed caused by the lose that already suffered by united. The problem is performance of MU was not as usual. The fact that so many ball possessions but that would only gave a few on target shots for MU. I don't like the team that was dominating the ball but lose caused by it can't create the golden chance. The same thing that was happening with the team that was prioritizing the ball possession rather than final execution to create goal. The goal is a thing that makes the club win the game.
It's not the ball possession. Aston villa has less fouls but more shots on target. It has also less corner kick. MU looks like the worst team during that match.
