There are many altcoins which are capable enough to face bearish market for example ethereum, litecoin, bnb and xlm etc. as we know these altcoins have faced many bearish market conditions in past and still available in the market which shows the capability of these altcoins and on the other side the altcoins are well established in crypto currency market with good adoption graph.
OP's statement is incorrect, as you said there are many altcoins that will survive the bear season but not all of them will recover and thrive in the future or rise in the next bull season. Look at the chart of litecoin and xlm... they have never recovered to ATH before let alone they will grow in the future.
