I don't think bear is over, nope. Most probably we're gonna have some more red later.

But I don't agree to people who say we had 3-4 years of bear in the last cycle. I think we had 1 year of bearish market (2018), then about 15 months of mostly sideways activity (a BTC pump in 2019 too). Surely this doesn't mean it will be the same this time though, that will remain to be seen.
